Poor customer service
Totally let down guys would buy more of your products but totally misled and sent women's size ugg slip ons and attempted to exchange but it was a no go all round, that is the issue with online purchase zero support hence no more I prefer to purchase in store

They’re beautiful slippers, I love the colour and the warm snug feeling when your feet are inside. They’re however really stiff and the bottom are a little slippery on tiled floors and laminated floors. Didn’t go down to well in hospital they just slip n slide on their floors.
